You'll provide L3 support for Citrix and AVD environments, handling critical incidents and escalations. You'll manage and optimize VDI performance, login times, and user experience using tools like ControlUp. This role offers the opportunity to drive automation and continuous improvement in a managed services team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle major incidents, escalations, and critical outages for Citrix and AVD
• Manage and optimize VDI performance, login times, and user experience
• Administer Golden/Master Images and provisioning using MCS
• Configure and support FSLogix profile containers and Citrix policies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)
• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Strong experience in Active Directory, GPO, DNS
• Expertise in FSLogix profile management and MCS provisioning

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Citrix Cloud or Citrix ADC/NetScaler
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager
• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-140) or Citrix certifications (CCA-V, CCP-V)
