You'll define the multi-year technical strategy for Toast's Go To Market Experiences platform, unifying onboarding, support, and growth. Your architectural decisions will shape how restaurants discover value and get help at scale. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive multi-year technical strategy for GTM Experiences LOB.
• Lead architectural direction for contact center, AI support, and agent tooling.
• Evaluate and de-risk major technical investments and migrations.
• Partner with product, design, and operational leadership to align strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems.
• Experience defining technical strategy for complex multi-system platforms.
• Proven ability to lead architectural decisions and guide organizational transitions.
• Strong systems thinking and platform design expertise.
