🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead data management activities across multiple clinical studies
• Oversee development of DMPs, CRFs, edit checks, and database locks
• Manage CROs and external vendors for quality and timelines
• Collaborate with Biostatistics, Clinical Operations, and Regulatory Affairs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of clinical data management experience in biotech/pharma/CRO
• 3+ years of people or project leadership experience
• Hands-on experience with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm)
