You'll lead Oracle-based database environments ensuring performance and scalability for high-transaction platforms. You'll drive optimization and reliability across mission-critical workloads. This role offers the chance to mentor DBAs and define operational standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize enterprise database environments for stability and scalability.
• Diagnose and resolve complex database bottlenecks using SQL performance tuning.
• Lead architecture initiatives including high availability setups and migrations.
• Manage Oracle Exadata and Exadata Cloud@Customer environments.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of Database Administration experience with strong Oracle focus.
• Deep expertise in SQL performance tuning including query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Exadata and Exadata Cloud@Customer.
• Experience with Oracle RAC, Active Data Guard, OEM, AWR, and ASH.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud environments like AWS and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Mentoring experience and cross-functional collaboration skills.
