💼 About This Role

You'll manage tactical planning on the production floor and procurement planning support for a fusion energy company. Your focus will be enabling ramp up in rate and volume of materials to meet production service levels. You'll interface between suppliers, supply chain, and manufacturing to align schedules.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Interface between Suppliers, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to align schedules
• Translate Engineering BOMs into actionable planning signals
• Monitor and report supply risk mitigation strategies
• Manage full product lifecycle demand and supply planning

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Finance
• 3+ Yrs in Manufacturing, Planning, or Supply Chain
• Experience translating Engineering designs into demand and supply plans
• Strong understanding of ERP and MRP systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Master’s Degree
• Start-up or high growth environment experience
• Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) experience
