Description

You will work cross-functionally in a squad to build and improve Monzo's web banking platform, collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and other web engineers to deliver accessible, high-performance features for customers.

Requirements

• Experience building products in cross-disciplinary teams using iterative approaches
• Strong focus on user experience and performance
• Experience with large front-end codebases and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in modern component-oriented JavaScript (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
• Keen learner who shares knowledge with others

Responsibilities

• Build and improve user-facing web features for the banking platform
• Collaborate with designers to iterate on UX and accessibility
• Own feature development from design to deployment
• Work with backend engineers to design APIs
• Contribute to the Payments Acquiring web platform
