💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end development of an AI platform that powers intelligent features across a complex product ecosystem. You'll translate high-level strategy into actionable product plans while prototyping and validating ideas in a fast-paced agile environment. This is a highly technical role where experimentation directly shapes the roadmap for enterprise-grade AI deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive the day-to-day execution of the AI platform roadmap
• Build and iterate on rapid prototypes, running experiments
• Ensure governance for trust, safety, security, and data quality
• Define and track success metrics for AI systems

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered products in production
• Hands-on experience owning AI features end-to-end
• Experience with agentic or multi-agent systems in production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in EHS or regulated industries
• Knowledge of responsible AI design principles
• Familiarity with Aha and Jira
