You'll serve as the face of Compass's Bellingham office, welcoming guests and managing office operations. You'll own a portfolio of agents, guiding them to adopt Compass technology and providing marketing support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome guests, manage mail, and maintain office appearance
• Manage a portfolio of high-touch agents via phone, email, and in-person
• Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and training
• Provide marketing support using templates and liaison to specialists

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, or office management
• Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in real estate
• Experience with live or remote training
• Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence)
