Description

You will lead a team of Territory Managers to execute sales strategies, drive distribution, and increase revenue for Juul Labs in the Birmingham, AL market. You will coach your team, analyze sales data, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve KPIs.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years field sales experience, preferably managing territory teams
  • Proven sales management skills in CPG retail environment
  • Strong people management and coaching abilities
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Experience in tobacco or regulated industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Territory Managers to achieve business objectives
  • Plan and execute sales strategies and territory plans
  • Coach and mentor TMs through joint calls, feedback, and reviews
  • Synthesize division-level insights for leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Achieve KPIs at company, regional, and individual levels
