You'll build developer tools that enhance productivity for AI teams at Modal, the infrastructure foundation powering production workloads for customers like Lovable and Scale AI. You'll design and maintain high-quality Python libraries with broad user-bases, focusing on developer ergonomics and customer empathy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain high-quality Python SDK libraries
• Design ergonomic APIs for developer tools
• Collaborate with users to solve their problems
• Participate in on-call rotation for production incidents

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years developing Python libraries
• Knowledge of async programming in Python
• Strong product sense for developer ergonomics
• Ability to work in-person in NYC or Stockholm

• Familiarity with data/ML/AI tools and workflows
• Experience with TypeScript, Go, or Rust
