💼 About This Role

You'll work on all-electric aircraft systems at Archer, an aerospace company building sustainable air mobility. You'll own avionics integration and certification tasks from requirements to verification. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge eVTOL technology and FAA certification processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop requirements, system models, and interface definitions for avionics systems
• Perform integration activities for Avionics and Sensors in test labs
• Coordinate avionics development and verification with suppliers
• Ensure traceability from requirements to higher-level aircraft requirements

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in integrated avionics systems development
• Experience with ARP-4754A, ARP-4761, DO-254, and DO-178b/c
• Experience with Polarion or DOORS requirements management tools
• Knowledge of aviation protocols: ARINC 717, ARINC 429, Ethernet, RS-232/RS-422, CAN bus

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with 14 CFR Part 91 and/or 135 Certification
• Experience with Agile development methods
