💼 About This Role

You'll support a General Manager or Store Manager in achieving sales goals and directing daily store operations at Sur La Table. You'll model customer service standards and ensure SOPs are followed. This role offers the chance to inspire customers and lead a team in a premium kitchen retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support training for all employees and model customer service standards.
• Direct employees to ensure stock levels and merchandise presentation.
• Complete inventory transactions including receiving, MOS, and RARs.
• Ring employee transactions and maintain timekeeping practices.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail sales and customer service experience.
• Proficient in POS Systems.
• Ability to work a varied schedule and lift/move up to 35 lbs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience as a Sur La Table Sales Associate.
• 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Some experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
