💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering a great customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. Your core impact includes training new team members and assisting with daily operations to meet sales targets. You'll open or close the store, handle transactions, and support merchandising changes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Support sales floor and provide leadership when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and close register

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate store
