You'll own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts at a high-growth AI company transforming construction permitting. You'll lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals and shape the enterprise go-to-market playbook. This role offers significant career upside in a massive market with top-tier investor backing.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own full sales cycle for enterprise accounts from prospecting to close
- Lead multi-threaded deals with executives across multiple business units
- Develop account strategies for net new, expansion, and PE roll-up accounts
- Build ROI-driven business cases for C-suite and board-level stakeholders
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals over $1M
- Construction-tech or adjacent industry experience (PropTech, InsurTech, Field Service)

- Experience with home services contractors, GCs, or developers
- Experience navigating PE roll-up strategies
