Description

You will operate a vertical grinder to grind or polish glass edges, track production schedules, and communicate with operators across shifts. This role is critical to producing quality architectural glass for major construction projects.

Requirements

• Basic computer familiarity
• Read and use a tape measure
• Perform math with fractions and decimals
• High school education or equivalency

Responsibilities

• Operate vertical grinder to grind/polish glass edges
• Read and interpret sketches and schedules for production demands
• Operate overhead crane and vacuum lift
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Complete daily work sheets and forms
