๐ผ About This Role
You'll guide customers through their security and compliance journeys using Vanta's Trust Management Platform, driving product adoption and retention. You'll partner cross-functionally to ensure customers achieve their desired business outcomes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and product adoption.
- Proactively partner with Account Managers on at-risk accounts and expansion.
- Monitor customer health via Catalyst and drive to business outcomes.
- Serve as product expert for compliance offerings (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of Customer Success experience at a SaaS company.
- Background in running a strategic book of business.
- Experience with hitting retention targets and long-term customer retention.
- Clear communication and critical thinking ability.
