You'll guide customers through their security and compliance journeys using Vanta's Trust Management Platform, driving product adoption and retention. You'll partner cross-functionally to ensure customers achieve their desired business outcomes.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and product adoption.
  • Proactively partner with Account Managers on at-risk accounts and expansion.
  • Monitor customer health via Catalyst and drive to business outcomes.
  • Serve as product expert for compliance offerings (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of Customer Success experience at a SaaS company.
  • Background in running a strategic book of business.
  • Experience with hitting retention targets and long-term customer retention.
  • Clear communication and critical thinking ability.

  • Experience in security or compliance industry.
  • Openness to using AI to amplify skills.
