You'll provide front-line support for Pico's global infrastructure, monitoring and triaging incidents. You'll act as a primary technical authority during real-time incidents. This role offers exposure to financial market technologies and internal projects.
π― What You'll Do
- Monitor and respond to incoming events and service requests.
- Triage incidents and perform deep initial diagnostics.
- Act as technical authority and lead real-time incident triage.
- Interface with clients and manage formal communications.
π Requirements
- 7+ years in a customer-facing technical support role.
- Linux/Unix systems knowledge (processes, logs, networking).
- Network packet analysis using Wireshark or tcpdump.
- TCP/IP understanding (latency, packet loss, retransmissions).

- Telecommunications carrier experience.
- Financial industry support experience.
- ITIL certification.
