  • Monitor and respond to incoming events and service requests.
  • Triage incidents and perform deep initial diagnostics.
  • Act as technical authority and lead real-time incident triage.
  • Interface with clients and manage formal communications.

  • 7+ years in a customer-facing technical support role.
  • Linux/Unix systems knowledge (processes, logs, networking).
  • Network packet analysis using Wireshark or tcpdump.
