You'll join Sila as a Service Plumber, providing expert plumbing services to customers in DC, MD, and Northern VA. You'll focus on customer satisfaction, first-time fix rates, and revenue targets. You'll have access to a company vehicle, gas card, and tools for success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend solutions
• Respond to service requests within defined time frames
• Maintain service vehicle inventory and parts stock accuracy
• Meet or exceed monthly service revenue targets

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a residential service plumber
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to work in DC
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and diagnostic tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Service Titan platform
• EPA certification or other plumbing certifications
• Bilingual skills
