• Identify opportunities and gaps in existing models and strategize priorities.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading ML teams in applied research and production.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like Tensorflow, JAX, and XLA.
• Experience using large-scale distributed training and inference.
• Strong mentorship and problem-solving skills.
