You'll own the data and systems layer for Gumloop's enterprise sales motion. You'll design the measurement ontology, territory routing, and forecasting cadence that leadership trusts. This is a founding GTM Ops role at a Series B AI company where your systems directly shape headcount allocation and board reporting.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own Salesforce end to end, including data model and object architecture
  • Build the measurement ontology for cutting business by size, vertical, and motion
  • Design and operate territory carves and account allocation as AE team scales
  • Run forecasting cadence and pipeline review infrastructure trusted by Sales and Finance

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Deep Salesforce proficiency โ€“ architected data model, not just queried
  • Comfort across GTM tech stack (Gong, enrichment, forecasting, BI)
  • Track record of building RevOps from scratch or after rapid growth

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Consulting or investment banking background
  • Experience supporting AE team of 5 to 15 reps
  • Familiarity with AI-native tooling or automation platforms
