You'll take hands-on ownership of global payroll execution with a primary focus on Canada and US, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your core impact will be driving process improvements and automation across payroll and benefits operations. This role stands out as a true practitioner position, directly executing payroll cycles rather than just overseeing them.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Canada and US
• Manage payroll inputs, calculations, adjustments, and reconciliations
• Administer Canada and US benefits including health and retirement plans
• Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and international payroll legislation

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of payroll experience with 3+ years in a Payroll Lead or Manager role
• Mandatory: hands-on experience processing Canada and US payroll
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Payroll certification required (PCP, CPM, CPP or equivalent)

• Experience with global payroll (EMEA, LATAM, APAC)
• Experience with payroll/HRIS systems (UKG, Workday, CloudPay, ADP)
• Additional languages are an asset
