🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive alignment and foster partnerships with Product Managers and stakeholders
• Develop flexible project plans with milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and manage dependencies
• Facilitate collaboration and delivery routines, including sprint ceremonies

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years leading cross-functional projects in a tech-driven environment
• Strong understanding of Agile and lean principles
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering managers

• Experience in software engineering or technical integrations
• Professional certifications (CSM, PSM, PMP)
