💼 About This Role

You'll support the BMC Helix ITSM platform by assisting with configuration, maintenance, and key ITSM processes like incident, change, and asset management. You'll work closely with the IT team to improve service workflows and help document processes and user guides. This role offers a 3-month paid training period and growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Learn fundamentals of BMC Helix ITSM and related tools
• Assist in basic configuration and testing of ITSM workflows
• Support IT team with daily platform tasks and issue tracking
• Help document processes, configurations, and user guides

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field (completed or in progress)
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and interest in ITSM
• Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or SQL
• Basic knowledge of databases and ability to write simple queries
