💼 About This Role

You'll lead training and onboarding for new clinical team members at FirstSteps for Kids, a company providing evidence-based behavioral treatment to children with autism. You'll shape clinician success through mentorship and ensure clinical excellence from day one. This role combines direct services with training and supervision.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to interview and select candidates
• Lead and facilitate New Instructor Trainings
• Administer training assessments to ensure clinical readiness
• Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical support
• Maintain active clinical engagement through direct services

📋 Requirements

• Clinical expertise in behavior analytic treatment
• Mentorship experience with new clinicians
• RBT certification or ability to support others in obtaining it
• Leadership skills to facilitate training sessions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with autism treatment programs
• Background in onboarding and training
• Certified as a BCBA or BCaBA
