Description

As a Hospice Care Consultant at Luminary Hospice, you will educate the community about hospice benefits and build relationships with referral sources to help eligible patients access our services. You'll drive marketing initiatives, conduct market assessments, and support the care team to achieve admission and census goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years experience in healthcare marketing, preferably hospice care
• Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn department software
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical skills for problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing organization volume projections in annual budget
• Initiate marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budget projections
• Conduct market assessments and develop comprehensive marketing plans
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources
• Educate facilities, families, and community on hospice benefit
