You will onboard and train new clients, analyze scheduling requirements, configure software, and provide ongoing support to ensure clients maximize value from our provider scheduling solution. Your work directly improves speed to care and patient outcomes in healthcare settings.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a software implementation role
• Ability to quickly learn software and apply knowledge with clients
• Troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in high-pressure situations and drive process change

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product expertise and deep understanding of client workflows
• Onboard and train new clients remotely and onsite, configuring software to streamline workflows
• Provide continued support for clients, troubleshoot configuration issues, and advise on corrective steps
• Build trusting relationships and ensure client maximizes value of Lightning Bolt investment
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers to deliver solutions
