💼 About This Role

You'll monitor and maintain network infrastructure supporting critical customer-facing applications across global datacenters and cloud environments. You'll troubleshoot issues, implement changes, and participate in on-call rotations for enterprise-scale networks during weekly maintenance windows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor network performance and respond to alerts and incidents
• Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues through resolution
• Implement configuration changes using established change control processes
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and weekly maintenance windows

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience with networking fundamentals and protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
• Experience with network operating systems such as Cisco IOS or NX-OS
• Ability to work onsite at datacenters and the Philadelphia, PA office as needed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Networking certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, or similar
• Experience with firewalls, preferably Palo Alto
• Familiarity with datacenter environments and physical infrastructure
