As a Low Voltage Telecom Instructor at Per Scholas, you will teach and mentor students in entry-level to mid-level low voltage and telecom careers. You'll deliver training, assess student progress, provide tutoring, and update curricula to prepare learners for high-growth tech careers.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of teaching or training experience
• Strong technical background in low voltage and telecom
• Proficient with digital engagement platforms like Zoom
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for low voltage and telecom courses
• Administer assessments, attendance, and student progress monitoring
• Provide one-on-one tutoring and support student needs
• Maintain and update Salesforce/LMS with grades and progress notes
• Support and update training curricula, syllabi, and lesson plans
