💼 About This Role

You'll join the Tooling team building the backbone of Hawk-Eye's sports technology, focusing on unified software architecture and automated deployment. Your impact will be optimizing multithreaded code for live encoding and interfacing with video hardware to power instant replays and officiating decisions. This role stands out for its direct impact on how fans, players, and officials experience the game.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement components for Tooling systems with cross-functional teams
• Optimize multithreaded C++ code for live video encoding and processing
• Interface with hardware, network protocols, and audio/video pipelines
• Support deployments at live sporting events and conduct field testing

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in modern C++ (up to C++20)
• Experience writing multithreaded, performance-optimised code
• Familiarity with Git, Visual Studio, and debugging workflows
• Knowledge of Qt, FFmpeg, OpenGL, or audio processing tools
