You'll provide individualized support to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and community, focusing on health and safety. Your work empowers individuals to lead more independent lives through person-centered supervision and assistance with daily living activities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide person-centered supervision in home and community.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Supervise medication administration when needed.
• Complete daily logs and progress notes.

📋 Requirements

• 0-3 years experience with developmental disabilities.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• TB clearance per California guidelines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Supported Living Services.
• Bilingual skills.
• Previous experience as a Personal Attendant.
