You'll support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers. Your core impact is keeping hiring moving smoothly and accurately. This role offers hands-on ownership from day one in a high-bar team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Support full recruitment process from sourcing to offer support.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain ATS records.
๐ Requirements
- 0โ2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related roles.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS.
