You'll support end-to-end recruiting for product, engineering, and business roles, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers. Your core impact is keeping hiring moving smoothly and accurately. This role offers hands-on ownership from day one in a high-bar team.

  • Support full recruitment process from sourcing to offer support.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain ATS records.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 0โ€“2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related roles.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS.
