💼 About This Role

You'll manage delivery of digital and print assets to platforms and vendors for a top client. You'll ensure assets are properly structured, named, tagged, and stored in the DAM system while also training team members. This role combines archivist, technology wizard, and instructor to keep high-volume work accurate and on time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Syndicate assets to platforms and DAM with correct naming and metadata.
• Follow asset delivery protocols and navigate platform requirements.
• Produce delivery reports and attach to JIRA tasks.
• Flag risks related to timeliness or completeness of deliveries.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience as a Digital Asset Manager in advertising and marketing.
• Experience using a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system as administrator or librarian.
• Strong understanding of asset types (image, video, sound, font, animation, templates).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
