Description

You will lead CPG sales excellence engagements, driving strategic initiatives in route-to-market, trade promotions, and salesforce performance. You'll define business problems, architect data-driven solutions, and manage client relationships while mentoring teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (BE/BTech-CS) from Tier I/II universities, MBA from top-tier B-schools preferred
  • 9+ years business consulting or digital transformation experience in CPG domains like route-to-market, salesforce strategy
  • Proven exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with outside-in perspective
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis
  • Demonstrated sustained client relations management at C-suite/leadership level

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary expert on CPG sales operations processes, systems, and performance levers
  • Thought leadership on strategic sales planning, demand-supply alignment, promotion effectiveness, and salesforce reporting
  • Lead client workshops, articulate ambiguous business problems to be solved via data science and AI
  • Own execution of business analytics roadmap, demonstrating techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management
  • Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches
