💼 About This Role

You'll partner with government and utility clients to design and deploy scalable solutions that drive adoption and revenue. You'll own end-to-end outcomes from implementation to long-term growth, translating complex operational insights into measurable impact for communities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver systems with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate into customer workflows
• Own customer outcomes from implementation to renewal and expansion
• Analyze customer operations, data, and challenges to drive action plans
• Surface field insights to influence product direction and innovation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting, strategy, implementation, or customer success in SaaS or govtech
• Proven ability to build real-world systems in ambiguous environments
• Fluency in data analysis and financial metrics for decision-making
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineers and product teams
