💼 About This Role

You'll define and own the Agentic SDLC system for Experience Engineering, building workflows and tooling that enable engineers to ship with AI. You'll partner with UX, UI, and QA Principal Architects to translate their direction into real outcomes. This role is at the center of Precisely's AI-first organization, shaping how software gets built at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and build the AI SDLC system for Experience Engineering
• Stay ahead of agentic SDLC best practices and evolve our system
• Partner with UX, UI, and QA Principal Architects to translate direction into patterns
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teams to guide implementation and unblock work
• Mentor engineers across the org to raise craft and delivery standards

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience across frontend engineering, experience design, and quality
• Modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular
• Automated testing approaches and maintaining quality within CI/CD pipelines
• Strong UX understanding and ability to guide teams toward consistent outcomes

• Experience working across multiple teams or product areas
• Familiarity with design systems or component libraries
• Exposure to observability tools like LogRocket, Datadog, Sentry
