Description

You will lead the central disposition and supply chain flow strategy at GROPYUS, ensuring synchronized and scalable production, transport, and construction logistics. This role involves managing a team, overseeing project-level slotting and sequencing, and driving continuous improvement to support the company's mission of building sustainable, affordable homes.

Requirements

• Completed degree in logistics, industrial engineering, supply chain management or related field
• Minimum 10 years of supply chain management experience, preferably in construction, modular building, or manufacturing
• Proven leadership experience in dynamic, complex, and fast-growing environments
• Deep understanding of material flow, production logistics, pull planning, bottleneck management, and digital supply chain control
• Fluent German and good English skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategy for synchronized production, transport, and construction logistics
• Lead and develop a team of dispatchers, transport planners, supply analysts, and control tower specialists
• Manage cross-project slotting and sequencing based on capacity and master plan
• Implement standardized flow methods using digital tools like SAP tracking and control tower visualizations
• Collaborate with project management, production, procurement, and engineering to ensure flow stability and on-time delivery
