You'll drive retention marketing strategy and CRM initiatives for TENTENS Tech, a streaming and social discovery platform. You'll own user activation, retention, and re-engagement metrics while scaling retention channels. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to shape a key growth area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement retention marketing strategies
• Generate, prioritize, validate, and analyze retention hypotheses
• Improve activation, retention, and re-engagement product metrics
• Build and optimize email, SMS, and web push recommendation logics

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in product management, user growth, or retention/CRM
• Data-driven decision-making with analytics skills
• Ability to write technical tasks for development
• Proven track record of achieving business goals via hypothesis testing
