You'll provide comprehensive legal guidance on employment matters across LATAM, focusing on Argentina. You'll lead employee relations, draft employment documentation, and ensure compliance with evolving labor laws. This role offers the chance to shape employment practices for a global fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide employment law advice across the full employee lifecycle in Argentina.
• Lead employee relations matters including terminations and disciplinary processes.
• Draft and review employment agreements, separation letters, and HR policies.
• Support workforce transitions, reorganisations, and restructuring.
• Deliver training on employment law compliance and best practices.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s or LLM is an added advantage.
• 5-6 years of experience in Argentinian employment and labor law.
• Deep knowledge of Argentinian labor laws and market practices.
• Experience supporting other LATAM jurisdictions is a strong plus.
