Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales success in high-growth environment
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing field account executives
  • Experience in high-transaction SaaS or financial services sales
  • Strong bias toward action and experimentation
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach Territory Account Executives through active in-market coaching
  • Join prospect and customer meetings to model world-class selling
  • Manage pipeline and KPIs with rigor, conducting weekly forecast and deal reviews
  • Build a high-performance culture of trust, expectations, and ownership
  • Scale field sales motions and refine go-to-market strategies
