💼 About This Role

You'll join Roku's Legal Ad Partnerships Sales team to support ad sales and platform transactions. You will negotiate complex commercial agreements across the digital advertising ecosystem and advise on data privacy. This is a high-visibility role building legal infrastructure for a fast-growing streaming company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate publisher, DSP, SSP, and advertiser agreements
• Structure master services and data integration agreements
• Advise on data privacy in commercial transactions
• Collaborate with ad sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of transactional legal experience in ad tech
• Deep experience with supply-side and demand-side agreements
• Excellent knowledge of data privacy and marketing
• J.D. from U.S. accredited law school and active bar membership

• Experience with B2B and B2C digital advertising
• Familiarity with programmatic targeting and audience data management
