Description

You will operate and evolve Payoneer's mission-critical on-premise and hybrid infrastructure that powers our financial services. You'll work closely with security, networking, and development teams to ensure resilient, compliant, and scalable platforms in a regulated FinTech environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years as SysAdmin, Infrastructure, or DevOps Engineer in production environments
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) and Windows/Linux server admin
• Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP) and Active Directory
• Scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Bash/Python for automation
• Experience with monitoring tools and infrastructure hardening

Responsibilities

• Operate and improve on-prem infrastructure (VMware, Windows, Linux) for financial systems
• Integrate on-prem with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) in secure hybrid setups
• Automate VM provisioning and configuration using scripts and configuration management tools
• Design and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response for business-critical financial services
