You'll join a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care with compassion and flexibility. You'll provide bilingual therapy to older adults in a 100% remote setting. Sailor Health handles patient matching so you can focus on care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver **evidence-based psychotherapy** to older adults virtually
• Design **personalized treatment plans** for each patient
• Manage **electronic documentation** using streamlined EMR system
• Participate in **regular team meetings and supervision**

📋 Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
• Experience with geriatric population
