As a Strategic Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by building relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and negotiating enterprise agreements. You'll leverage your expertise in AI and SaaS to help customers transform their contact centers with NICE CXone Mpower.

Requirements

  • 10+ years selling multiple software products and services in a hunter role
  • 1-2 years selling AI software solutions
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications
  • Superior relationship and client management skills
  • Experience with CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions preferred

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales quota and negotiate enterprise-wide agreements
  • Coordinate and lead sales activities to achieve business goals
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives
  • Analyze customer business situations to identify opportunities from technological advances
  • Initiate, support, and monitor purchasing agreements
