💼 About This Role

You'll lead Clay's flagship customer education program as a mini-founder, owning recruitment, assessment, program quality, and engagement. You'll partner cross-functionally to shape the GTM Engineering discipline and create a community-driven learning movement.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build learning experiences that foster a sense of belonging and movement.
  • Own and run the existing cohort program end-to-end.
  • Design and launch new cohort programs from scratch.
  • Become a voice for the community and grow Clay's brand.
  • Scale Cohorts' impact across sales and customer success.

📋 Requirements

  • Learner-first mindset with hands-on experimentation of new AI tools.
  • Founder-level ownership of programs with deep personal accountability.
  • Ability to distill trends into actionable insights for practitioners.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with product, engineering, sales, etc.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience running educational or cohort-based programs.
  • Background in go-to-market or growth engineering.
  • Familiarity with Clay's platform and ecosystem.
