๐ผ About This Role
You'll build scalable compensation infrastructure at a high-growth Series C health tech startup. You'll own compensation bands, equity operations, and People systems to ensure data-driven decisions and operational excellence. This is a hands-on builder role reporting to the Head of People.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and maintain compensation bands and leveling frameworks
- Support compensation benchmarking and market analysis
- Own equity program administration and reporting
- Build dashboards and reporting for workforce trends
๐ Requirements
- 5-8 years in compensation, People Ops, or HRIS
- Experience in high-growth startup environments
- Analytical and systems-oriented mindset
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Rippling, etc.)
โจ Nice to Have
- Equity administration experience (Pulley or similar)
- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Legal
