You'll build scalable compensation infrastructure at a high-growth Series C health tech startup. You'll own compensation bands, equity operations, and People systems to ensure data-driven decisions and operational excellence. This is a hands-on builder role reporting to the Head of People.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain compensation bands and leveling frameworks
  • Support compensation benchmarking and market analysis
  • Own equity program administration and reporting
  • Build dashboards and reporting for workforce trends

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-8 years in compensation, People Ops, or HRIS
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments
  • Analytical and systems-oriented mindset
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Rippling, etc.)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Equity administration experience (Pulley or similar)
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Legal
