You'll join a globally scaled social discovery platform to build and enhance high-performance Flutter applications. You'll drive end-to-end feature delivery from design to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of features from design to production release.
• Design and implement scalable Flutter apps focusing on performance and maintainability.
• Review specs, define solutions, and present architectural decisions.
• Write clean, modular, well-tested code and conduct peer code reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture and state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
• Experience building responsive UI and high-performance mobile interfaces.
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic).

• Experience with crash reporting tools like Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry.
• Exposure to app store deployment processes and native Android/iOS integrations.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Russian.
