🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team building native Android and iOS applications for retail environments.
• Partner with product and design to define mobile roadmap and engineering priorities.
• Drive architecture decisions balancing speed and long-term maintainability.
• Establish engineering practices including code review, testing, and deployment.
• Develop engineers through coaching and hands-on technical engagement.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of iOS or Android mobile development.
• 3+ years in engineering management or team lead role.
• Strong technical foundation in mobile architecture and CI/CD pipelines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Enterprise or B2B mobile app experience in retail or field settings.
• Familiarity with Bluetooth, NFC, or RFID data flows.
• Proficiency in both Kotlin and Swift.
