You'll join an 18-month rotational program for early-career talent, identifying emerging creators and tracking trends to drive creator acquisition decisions. You'll help build AI-enabled workflows and tools to make the team faster and smarter. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives on social platforms and wants to shape creator strategy at Tubi.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify emerging creators on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram aligning with Tubi's strategy
• Use AI tools to streamline creator research and prioritize outreach targets
• Serve as the team's Gen-Z lens on creator culture and audience behavior
• Share trend reports to inform creator pursuit and format decisions

📋 Requirements

• Recent graduate or early in career
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT
• Deep fluency with emerging and established creators and trends on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram
• Bachelor's degree in Media, Business, Communications, or related field
