Description

You will provide home health nursing visits to adult and geriatric clients on weekends, performing duties like medication administration, wound care, and client assessments. This role requires current or recent Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation experience.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Colorado
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Current or recent Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation experience

Responsibilities

• Make home visits in designated territories after hours and on weekends
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes
• Execute and document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments
