🎯 What You'll Do

• Craft coffee and matcha products with energy and empathy
• Train new employees on recipes and processes
• Open and close the location safely and ensure cleaning duties
• Handle minor customer issues positively and solution-focused
• Lead initiatives with operations and marketing to increase sales

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer service leadership position
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Availability to work 30-40 hours per week including weekends
